Automatic Feeding & Molding Design

Simply place long brake lining blocks neatly into the hopper; the machine will automatically cut them into small linings and convey them to the subsequent grinding process.

It adopts a mold sharing design, eliminating the need for fixture replacement during grinding. Adjustments are made via PLC based on the thickness and inner diameter of different lining models.

Only minor fine-tuning is required for individual machines under special circumstances, reducing downtime and labor input.
