Integrated Operational Configuration
The Brake Pads Back Plates Gluing Machine is composed of key components including a glue spraying room, conveyor system, touch screen control panel, and pneumatic mechanism. Its workflow is streamlined for efficiency: workers place steel backing plates onto customized spray adhesive jigs, which are then automatically conveyed to the glue spraying zone. After automated adhesive application, the workpieces are transferred directly to the connected oven for drying and subsequent cooling. This equipment is designed to complement the Smart Brake Pads Machines, forming a cohesive production line for brake pad manufacturing.
Precision Spray Adhesive System
The spray adhesive system boasts adjustable performance to meet diverse production needs. The conveyor’s speed (0.1-8m/s) is regulated by a motor and transmission frequency converter for stable feeding. Gun movement is driven by a DC servo motor, with adjustable speed (0.1-80000mm/s) and stroke (0-700mm) to ensure precise adhesive coverage. A glue collection tray at the bottom of the spray room recycles excess adhesive; after dilution, analysis, and filtration, the recovered glue can be reused, minimizing material waste. The system is equipped with an integral water chamber (split-type design) with a width of approximately 1000mm. The spray gun pump features digital display and adjustability, allowing glue thickness to be set between 0.05mm-0.2mm with a tolerance within 0.05mm—ensuring consistency compatible with the Smart Brake Pads Machines’s processing requirements.
Segmented Drying Tunnel
Each section of the drying tunnel can be opened automatically for easy maintenance and cleaning. It adopts a stainless steel mesh conveyor belt, paired with a frequency conversion motor and gearbox for stepless speed adjustment. The tunnel is divided into 3 independent temperature control zones, equipped with 30 infrared heat pipes totaling 45kW of heating power. The maximum design temperature reaches 200 degrees Celsius, enabling rapid and uniform drying of adhesive layers on backing plates.
Efficient Post-Drying Cooling System
Post-drying, workpieces enter the cooling system to be cooled down to below 40 degrees Celsius, enabling immediate packaging. Two 2.2KW induced draft fans provide strong airflow to accelerate heat dissipation and secure the backing plates during cooling. The cooling channel uses a frequency conversion motor and gearbox for stepless speed regulation, with imported electrical components for reliability. The cooling conveyor belt is made of stainless steel mesh, ensuring durability and resistance to high temperatures.
Basic Equipment Specifications
The entire production line has a length of 15 meters and a total power of 50kW, with a production capacity of 2500-3500 pieces per hour. Adjustable steel machine feet allow for easy alignment with other equipment like the Smart Brake Pads Machines. Core accessories include three inverters (1.5KW-3KW), three gearboxes, and three motors. Electrical control is managed by one 800x1700mm power distribution cabinet, a 1.5KW DC servo motor, and a touch screen-equipped power distribution cabinet. Additional components include a No.5 induced draft fan, one circulating water pump, two 2.2KW cooling machines, one spray gun with a glue supply pump and watering can, and two unpowered inlet/outlet worktables (spray adhesive jigs and revolving cars not included). The system’s robust build ensures long-term stable operation in high-volume production environments.
