Modular Design & Layout

 
FU CHUN JIANG Smart Brake Pads Machines adopts a block-type modular design for this pressing system, dividing the whole equipment into 4 independent but interlinked functional blocks for easy operation and maintenance
 
  • Block 1: Weighing Machines
    • Composed of a first layer mix weighing machine and an under layer mix weighing machine for double-layer pad production
    • Weighed materials are temporarily stored in a dedicated feeder for subsequent feeding; a single weighing machine is sufficient for single-layer mix brake pad formula
     
  • Block 2: Feeder Trolley
    • Mainly responsible for transporting friction material trays between weighing and pressing stations
    • Completes material tray retrieving, mixes flattening and pre-pressing work in one stop
     
  • Block 3: Automatic Manipulators on Travelling Rack
    • Realizes full automated material and product handling without manual intervention
    • Completes material tray grabbing, friction mixes discharging, finished brake pads grabbing and mold cleaning, and returns empty material trays to the initial station
     
  • Block 4: Press Machines
    • The number of press units is flexibly configured from 1 to 6, based on the hot pressing time of different brake pad formulas
    • Fewer press units match short pressing time formulas, while more units are configured for long pressing time formulas to ensure production efficiency
